The deep red color gives you a hint of this ale's full flavor. It's rich maltiness comes from Crystal and Vienna malts, Golding and Cascade hops give it a subtle bitter finish.

XXX Blonde
4.5
Our lightest beer in both color and body. Named after our westernly neighbor, this golden ale is the perfect microbrew for macrobrew enthusiasts.

Silver Peak I.P.A
5.5
Indian Pale Ales are the hoppiest style of beer, and this one won't disappoint. We use generous amounts of Cascade and Mt. Hood hops, with a final dry hopping in the serving vessel that gives this assertive, unfiltered beer its signature bitterness.

Peavine Porter

5.5
The brewmaster's pet. This rich and complex black beer has a smooth, deep, roasted flavor. The chocolatey-coffee finish in this brew comes from a mix of crystal, black, and chocolate malts.

Baileywheat Hefeweizen

4.5
Made in the tradition of German style wheat beers, which are famous for their distinct clove, vanilla, and banana aromas. Our Bavarian yeast strain contributes these signature characteristics to a beer that is light, tangy, and refreshing. Enjoy it with a slice of lemon as is customary in southern Germany.

Sierra Amber Ale
4.5
A medium-bodied, copper-colored ale with a touch of malty sweetness balanced by mild Yakima hops makes for easy drinking.

Jubilee Celebration Bock

Also known as the "Baby Bock", it was first brewed to celebrate the birth of Natalie, the brewmaster's daughter. This dark and malty lager, with a toasty warm finish, has a Dortmunder style. Enjoy one in celebration of life!

Emigrant Export Lager
5.5
Export lagers, like Indian Pale Ales, were brewed at higher strengths so they would survive the journey to far away destinations. The Emigrant Export is copper colored and has a medium body with only a small dose of noble German hops.

Schnell Pilsener
5.0
Budweiser, Coors and Miller are all pilsener beers, but they have changed considerably over the last fifty years. Our pilsener is brewed to be a bit hoppier and more flavorful, as pilseners would have been a few generations back.

Oktoberfest Lager
6.0
Large amounts of Munich malt give a toasty profile to this popular European lager. Toast your neighbor with a hearty "Prost!" as you enjoy this traditional fall brew.

Big Daddy Hooch
10.5
Doppelbocks are the "port wines" of beer -smooth, rich, and complex. Named after the brewmaster's grandfather, this lager has a balanced malty sweetness with a warm, toasty finish. Served only in 10 oz glasses the "HOOCH" is quickly becoming stuff of legend around here.

Bighorn Brown
5.0
Dark in color but light in body. A perfect complement to grilled meats, cheeses and other full-flavored dishes.

Beltower Belgian

McHiney's Wee Heavy Scotch Ale
8.5
One of our most popular seasonal brews, this recipe was created by our beloved former brewmaster, Andy Hines.  Tilt one back in celebration of friends near and far, here and gone.....

Schmidty's Oatmeal Stout
7.0
Roasted unmalted barley and flaked oatmeal are the key ingredients in this smooth-as-silk stout. We dispense this ale through a "sparkler" faucet to give it a dense, creamy head for that silky feeling in your mouth.

Black Rock Blackberry
4.0
The Belgians have been adding fruit to their brews for centuries, and those people make some of the best and most interesting beers in the world. This is not an effort to make lambic style beer, just a tribute which yields a refreshing and flavorful ale.

Dunkelweizen
5.5
Dunkelweizen, or "dark wheat", beers are complex beers with many flavors and aromas.  They are somewhat of an obscure style, combining the complex spicy and phenolic characteristics of a hefeweizen with the roasted, chocolately flavors found in a dark brown ale.

Weizenbock
6.5
This rich, deep-amber beer has a wonderful balance of caramel, clove and banana aromas, combined with the snappy crispness characteristic of German style hefeweizens.

Sunset Raspberry

We use more than 120 pounds of fresh raspberries to brew this summer ale.  It is crisp and refreshing with an amazing raspberry aroma.

Midtown Brown

An easy drinking brown ale that finishes surprisingly dry for its dark color.

This beer has light caramel and roasted notes but is pleasantly light bodied.  The hops are mild with a hint of citrus.  This is a "bier" to greet the fall and bid farewell to summer.

Prodigal Ale
5.5
A dark black ale in the porter style, though slightly less malty and with a crisp, roasted finish.  Welcome home, wayward one.

Cream Ale

Wheat and crystal malts give this deep golden ale its slight sweetness.  The nitrogen dispense adds a silkiness that makes for quite a treat.

Brewed in the style of a German Dunkel, this beer is dark in color, but has a deceptively light body and a hint of roasted flavor in the finish.

Vienna Lager

A European style amber lager - smooth, slightly malty, and finished with noble hops for an easy drink.

B Dub's Double Hopped IPA

Created with hopheads in mind, this robust, highly hopped and very malty pale ale is the brainchild of BW, one of our brewers.  Unfiltered, dry hopped with abandon, copper in color, and not for the timid...

Payday Pale Ale

Cheers, to the fruits of labor!  This spritely brew welcomes you with a flowery bouquet, a mild body and a subtle hop finish.

A unique brew that combines three classic beer styles into one.  Peat smoked barley malt, malted rye, and a generous addition of fresh, aromatic Fuggle hops come together in this distinctively flavored ale.

Kolsch Ale
4.7
Refreshingly light bodied and colored, this German Altbier is made with 20% wheat malt to give it a smooth body and crisp finish.  The lower alcohol content and minimal hopping make this the perfect summer session beer.

Baltic Porter

Not your typical London porter, this beer receives its red hue and cherry aroma from the lager yeasts and abundance of malts.  The crisp finish with hints of smoke welcome in the change of season.

South Town Holiday Spiced Ale

The brewers created this ale with our friends in hopes that you will share it with yours.  We used hints of spruce, cinnamon, and clove to give this brown ale a warming note for winter.

E.S.B.

Extra Special Bitter beers are actually quite mild, and not too bitter.  Try this Nevada syle E.S.B. - amber colored and meduim bodied, with a mild hop finish.

Bourbon Barrel Stout

Almost nine months in the making, this beer was meant for connoisseurs.  An espresso stout made with huge amounts of chocolate malt and aged six months in charred oak bourbon barrels, each sip is filled with complexity.  Served in a 10 oz. glass only

Framboozin' Wheatwine
10.6
A beer that flies in the face of tradition... We used a German wheat yeast, Belgian spices and dark candied sugar, then added nearly sixty-five gallons of fresh raspberry puree (Frambois in Flemish) to create this ode to those who think outside the box!

Juicy Peach Ale
4.5
Few fruits say summertime like a ripe, juicy peach.  Fermented with a peach puree, this light and refreshing ale beckons the warm days of summer...

King's Ransom
8.0
Inspired by a brew made for King Midas, our brewmaster explores all things fermentable in this always changing "beer".  This year's experiment includes plum and peach purees, apple juice and four spices.

Old Smokey Oakey

A smoked porter brewed with peat smoked English malt and aged for two months in American Oak bourbon barrels.  Excellent with grilled meats.

Lemongrass Wheat

This is a creative summer brew in a not-so-traditional American Wheat ale.  Fresh lemongrass and green Kaffir lime leaves give this wheat its distinctive citrus aroma and finish.

Sour Cherry Brown Ale

A traditional brewing method and tart cherries give this ale its sour taste.  Also brewed with turbinado sugar and Belgian Pilsen malt, this brew is as complex as it is delicious.
